Do I have to be a member to plan an event at the Club?

No, you do not need to be a member to plan an event at the Club. Of course, members receive priority booking and added benefits to party-planning, however we love being a resource to the Kennett Community and beyond. We'd love to help ensure your next event is extra special.

Interested in planning a Golf Outing? KSGCC accommodates a limited number of Corporate or Charity events each year. To inquire, please email Director of Golf, Ryan Nuechterlein, at rnuechterlein@ksgcc.com.

What venues are available?

KSGCC offers a variety of event space making our property flexible and customizable to all occasions. Venues include:

  • Chalfant Room, a small private dining space featuring a fireplace and gorgeous views of our course, courts, and practice facility. Seats approximately 25 guests. May vary.
  • The Ross Grille, our main dining facility, featuring a full bar and an expansive view of the golf course. Seats approximately 80 guests. May vary.
  • The Springhouse Overlook, a cozy balcony space fixed with overhead heaters, offering a relaxing dining or social experience with a view of the entire property. 
  • 1922 Lounge, part of the Clubhouse's original construction. This cocktail lounge is a relaxed, bar-like setting, which offers the perfect layout for high top seating and an expansive buffet or action station. Seats approximately 25 and may be combined with the ballroom space. Outdoor seating is also available on the conjoined 1922 Patio.
  • The Ballroom, our most spacious venue, often used for New Years Eve dinners, Trivia, dance parties, and more, seats approximately 100 guests. This space opens up into the 1922 lounge allowing our staff to offer a functional floor plan.
  • The Founders Room, our conference room, seats approximately 12 guests and offers full AV capabilities with an outstanding view of our patio and course.
  • The Paddle Hut, offset from the pool and paddle courts, the Paddle Hut offers casual seating with card tables, a fireplace, and full bar.
