In season (April - October), the Clubhouse is open Tuesday through Sundays and is generally accessible between 7AM and locked following dinner/cocktail service. The Clubhouse is closed on Mondays. Administrative and accounting support is available in the Business Office Tuesday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM, and by phone or email on Mondays 8AM to 4PM.
Off-season (November - March), the Club has limited hours which may vary by day and month. Administration is available in-office by appointment Wednesday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM. Please view our Hours of Operation page for more details pertaining to each department.
A yearly schedule for members is posted on the website every December.
The Club Dress Code is considered "Country Club Casual". Members are encouraged to be relaxed and informal. Jeans are permitted in the cocktail lounge yet should not contain rips or tears. We request men remove hats on the main level of the Clubhouse. Men shirt tails should also be tucked.
Dress normally worn around the swimming pool is not appropriate for the Clubhouse and members and their guests should change before using Clubhouse facilities (dining areas or cocktail lounge). Spikes of any kind should not to be worn on the upper level of the Clubhouse.

Absolutely! Leave the party-planning to us! Our Clubhouse offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate events of all sizes. This includes an indoor ballroom, the 1922 Lounge (bar area), the Ross Grille (main dining), the Chalfant room (private dining) and the Paddle Hut (casual space, proximate to the pool and paddle courts). Members enjoy priority booking and no room rental costs. Non-members are always welcome to reserve a space and can do so by contacting our Food & Beverage Director, Ken Sloan, at 610-444-5239 ext. 106 or by email at ksloan@ksgcc.com.
Our Swim Team "The Crocs" includes over 160 participants of all ages (6-18yrs) and competes against other Chester County country clubs. The team will swim six meets over the summer and enjoy a regular, routine practice schedule. Registration is first come first serve and generally opens the first week of February and closes no later than April 1st. Registrants must maintain a Pool level membership or higher.
"Little Crocs" is available (limited space) to children ages 3-5yrs.
Members of course are also welcome to utilize our pool and coaches for private lessons upon availability.

Whether you are enjoying one of your hobbies, or adopting a new one, at KSGCC you will never be bored! Between Club-hosted and member-lead events, there is something for everyone no matter your age.
Members have access to a full calendar of events including traditional favorites such as Brunch with Santa, Parent/Child Dance, Wine Dinners, Trivia, Comedy Shows and more! We also host "clubs within the club" for hobbies such as mah jongg, poker, book club and film club. Have an interest of your own? Our team would be glad to help recruit other members and coordinate a time and space for your enjoyment.
KSGCC is a non-profit, member-owned establishment. The Club is governed by an elected board, supported by a variety of advisory committees and managed by a professional staff. Primary members of certificate-holding, All Sports, memberships are granted voting rights. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
KSGCC is a family friendly establishment where kids are welcome under the accompaniment of an adult. For safety and security, children under the age of 21 are not allowed in the locker rooms or the 19th hole. They are permitted in the cocktail lounge when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian age 21 or older who is a member of the Club. Anyone of any age may sit at tables in the Cocktail Lounge, however, only individuals who are 21 years of age may sit or stand at the bar where alcohol is mixed and poured.
